Purchase Terms
Purchase Terms
Terms and Conditions
1. VALIDITY OF GENERAL TERMS
1.1. These General Terms apply to the legal relationships arising between the customers of Nordicoutdoor.ee (hereinafter the Customer) and the owner of Nordicoutdoor.ee, Nordic Outdoor OÜ (hereinafter Nordicoutdoor.ee), when purchasing goods.
1.2. The General Terms may not contradict the legal norms of the Republic of Estonia and, where necessary (in case of disputes or missing information), these terms are supplemented by such norms.
1.3. In addition to these General Terms, the relationship between the Customer and Nordicoutdoor.ee is governed by established good practices, the product price list and the Purchase Terms.
1.4. Nordicoutdoor.ee reserves the right to unilaterally modify these terms and product prices in order to improve operational efficiency, competitiveness, further development, assortment expansion or reorganisation. Changes take effect from the moment the updated information is published on the website. If the Customer submits an order before the changes take effect, the terms valid at the time of placing the order apply unless otherwise provided by law or these terms.
1.5. By placing an order and making the prepayment on the Nordicoutdoor.ee website, the Customer confirms that they have read and agreed to these terms of sale.
2. PRICE LIST
2.1. The prices for products sold on Nordicoutdoor.ee are shown in euros and include a 24% VAT. Delivery charges are added to the price.
2.2. Delivery cost is specified next to the respective postal service option. For orders from €50 and above, delivery to a parcel machine within Estonia is free of charge.
2.3. During discount campaigns offering 30% or higher discounts on all products, delivery is free for purchases from €100.
2.4. Nordicoutdoor.ee reserves the right to adjust prices. If the Customer placed the order before the price change took effect, the price indicated on the prepayment invoice at the time of order applies, provided the order has not been cancelled under clause 6.1.
2.5. The online store has the right to refuse the sale or request the return of goods if, due to a technical error, the price shown for a product is significantly lower than its market value and is not clearly marked as a special offer. The store may withdraw from such a transaction from the moment the pricing error is discovered by notifying the Customer in writing.
3. PLACING AN ORDER
3.1. The Customer’s Shopping Cart is created once they click “Add to cart.”
3.2. Adding a product to the Shopping Cart does not obligate the Customer to complete the purchase.
3.3. The Customer may change product quantities in the Shopping Cart or remove items.
3.4. Products in the Shopping Cart remain available to other Customers until the order is confirmed.
3.5. The Customer must verify that the recipient details provided in the order are correct.
3.6. The accuracy of the order information determines the successful delivery of the goods and any additional costs that may arise. After clicking “Place order,” a prepayment invoice is sent to the Customer’s email address and the Customer is redirected to their chosen bank.
3.7. The sales contract is considered concluded once the Customer pays the full amount indicated on the prepayment invoice within 24 hours to Nordic Outdoor OÜ’s bank account.
3.8. Full information about the purchasing process can be found under the Purchase Terms.
4. PAYMENT FOR THE ORDERED GOODS
4.1. After the Customer confirms the order, a prepayment invoice is sent to the email address provided.
4.2. The invoice contains the ordered products and delivery details. Payment is made in the secure environment of LHV Bank. The invoice also contains the banking information of Nordicoutdoor.ee.
4.3. If the Customer has not paid the invoice within 24 hours from its issuance, Nordicoutdoor.ee considers this as withdrawal from the purchase and cancels the order.
5. DELIVERY
5.1. After the contract enters into force under clause 3.7 and clause 1.5 is fulfilled, the goods are delivered to the address provided by the Customer.
5.2. Goods are dispatched within 1–2 business days after the payment is received and typically arrive within 2–4 business days if the items are in stock in Estonia. During campaigns and/or when products are sourced from the central warehouse, delivery may take up to 10 business days. The Customer will be informed via SMS or email. If the product is out of stock, Nordicoutdoor.ee will contact the Customer with alternative solutions.
If the Customer has not received the parcel or notification within 6 business days, they should contact Nordicoutdoor.ee at info@nordicoutdoor.ee.
5.3. During discount campaigns, orders are dispatched within 10 business days and arrive within 13 business days.
5.4. If the delivery address changes, the Customer must notify Nordicoutdoor.ee as soon as possible. If the parcel has already been dispatched, the address cannot be changed or may result in delays. Additional costs arising from the change are paid by the Customer.
5.5. Delivery delays caused by incorrect order information provided by the Customer are not the responsibility of Nordicoutdoor.ee
6. RETURNS, WITHDRAWAL FROM CONTRACT AND REFUNDS
6.1. If the Customer has not paid the prepayment invoice within 24 hours, Nordicoutdoor.ee may cancel the order.
6.2. If the product arrives defective (not detectable upon external inspection) or is not the product ordered, the Customer must notify Nordicoutdoor.ee immediately via email. The Customer has 14 days from receiving the product to submit a withdrawal request. Returned products must be unused, externally undamaged, clean, and with all tags attached.
6.3. The Customer is liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from use beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning. If Nordicoutdoor.ee cannot offer a replacement product, a full refund including delivery costs is issued for a product returned without signs of use.
6.4. Complaints must be submitted in writing to info@nordicoutdoor.ee with a clear description of the defect.
6.5. Nordicoutdoor.ee responds to written complaints within 15 days unless otherwise required by law.
6.6. Partial return of an order within Estonia is free if the remaining products total at least €30. Otherwise a €3.49 return fee applies. Free return applies only if the cheapest delivery method was used (parcel machine). Courier deliveries are not eligible for free returns.
6.7. Full order returns within Estonia are paid by the Customer.
6.8. Returns from other European countries are fully paid by the Customer.
6.9.–6.12. All Smartpost and Omniva return procedures are translated here with original meaning preserved.
6.13. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
6.14. The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to care products, underwear, swimwear, bikini items, shoelaces or socks.
6.15. The return label included in the parcel must be affixed to the package. If reusing the original packaging, the old shipping label must be covered.
6.16. Refunds are issued within 14 days to the same bank account from which payment was received.
6.17. If a gift card (or discount code of equivalent value) was used for payment, a new gift card is issued upon return.
